Cancellation Policies
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you have paperwork to complete and are unable to access it through the online patient portal, please arrive 15–30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete it in the office. If you need to reschedule, please text or call us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any late cancellation fees (see below).
Late Cancellation Fees: 50% of the service cost booked, $100 for medical consults or tox appointments, or $25 for skincare consults if our office is notified less than 24 hours in the event you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be subject to late cancellation fees. No-Show Fees: 100% of the service cost booked, or $150 for medical consults or tox appointments, or $50 for skincare consults if our office has no prior notice. Skincare consultations cancelled three times will require a $50 deposit. Medical consultations cancelled or rescheduled three times will forfeit all consultation deposits, regardless of notice. Any medical appointments rescheduled or cancelled in excess of three times may result in a required deposit in order to reschedule any medical appointments. Further cancellations may result in patient dismissal from the practice at the discretion of the provider. The credit card on file will be charged only if these policies are broken.
