Aesthetic Consultation
Complimentary
Our complimentary Aesthetic Medical Consultation will allow our medical team to create a custom treatment plan for your specific needs. If you have received aesthetic services from another provider within 12-18 months, treatment records may be required from your previous provider.
Cosmetic Neuromodulator - Wrinkle Relaxer
$12 per unit
The wrinkle-relaxing neuromodulator product used will be selected by medical provider based on examination of patient.
Xeomin is a form of neuromodulator that is used to block muscle movement in areas that contribute to wrinkles. It is used in the forehead, typically between the brows to soften frown lines. Comparable to brand name BOTOX.
Dysport is a natural-looking, fast-acting, long-lasting prescription neuromodulator injection proven to help smooth moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows—without changing the look or movement of the rest of your face. Comparable to brand name BOTOX.
Dermal Filler
Starting at $750
Our team will select the ideal filler from a variety of product options to meet your specific goals. Loss of facial volume results in facial folds and a tired appearance. Restoring facial volume with dermal fillers produces a refreshed, rejuvenated look. We offer a variety of FDA approved dermal fillers.
Results may last 6 – 12 months.
Collagen-stimulating Treatment (Sculptra/Radiesse)
$1500 per treatment
Collagen stimulating treatments work subtly and gradually over time to help achieve a more youthful-looking appearance. Unlike hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, this treatment helps stimulate your skin’s own natural collagen production to help restore it’s inner structure and increase facial volume that has been lost to aging.
Results last 2 – 5 years dependent on treatment.
ZO 3-Step Peel
45 Minutes
$300
The ZO 3-Step Peel is a powerfully effective method used to help treat fine lines, sun damage, dull skin, melasma, acne, and uneven skin texture concerns.
Microneedling
$775 with PRFM / $425 with serum
A minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that creates micro-channels to stimulate natural collagen production, minimizing signs of aging and improving skin texture. Also offered with PRFM to rejuvenate the skin and to stimulate cell growth and collagen production. It will also enhance dermal fillers and other cosmetic injectables.
PRFM, platelet-rich Fibrin Matrix uses your own plasma to help further stimulate collagen production. The growth factors that exist in the plasma help to regenerate the skin by promoting collagen production while nourishing the skin.
Neck and Chest Rejuvenation
$750-$1,500 per treatment
A diluted collagen-stimulating product is injected into the neck and chest which triggers the body to produce new collagen and elastin. The result is a skin rejuvenating treatment with pronounced and visibly smoother, firmer, younger-looking skin.
PRFM Under Eye Rejuvenation
$400
A small amount of your blood is taken and spun down in to platelet rich fibrin matrix and then injected into the under eye area. PRFM helps to improve the texture, thickness and overall health of your delicate under eye skin while providing collagen and growth factor stimulation. PRFM remains active in the skin longer than its counter part, PRP, enhancing collagen production even more. This provides a longer lasting and more natural result than under eye filler with less risk since it is your own blood product.
Hand Rejuvenation
$1,500-3,000/treatment
$12 per unit
Similar to our neck and chest rejuvenation, this treatment is ideal for signs of aging on hands to smooth out thinness or bony prominences.

Medical Neuromodulator Treatments
Migraine
$500+ per Treatment
Option for migraine or headache disorders not responding or intolerant to traditional first-line treatments. Neuromodulators work by interrupting the nerve impulses from the brain to relax muscle activity and reduce the pain and duration of migraines.
Temporo-mandibular Joint Disorder
$400+ per Treatment
This is an alternative treatment to provide relief for TMJ and jaw tension. This often eliminates headaches resulting from teeth grinding, and, in cases, severe stress. It can minimize lock jaw.
TRAP AND SWEAT NEUROMODULATOR
$00 - Package of 10 for $000
TrapeziusNeck Pain Tox Treatment
$500-1000
Overuse or overexertion of the trapezius muscles can cause increased tension and discomfort with daily activity. Use of neuromodulator can be a complementary treatment for partial and temporary relaxation of this large muscle group. Most often, this area needs to be treated in combination with the front and back neck muscles. Results can last up to 4-6 months. To see if you are a good candidate for this treatment, please see us at Bespoke Beauty for a consultation.
Sweating Reducation Tox Treatment
$700-1000
Hyperhidrosis, or excessive sweating in the armpits can be a debilitating and challenging symptom to deal with on a daily basis. The use of neuromodulator in the armpits can temporarily reduce and slow the amount of sweat production by the sweat glands. This is a safe and effective complementary treatment to daily deodorant use. Results can last up to 4-6 months. FAQ
What does ‘tox (neurotoxin) do?
Neurotoxin decreases muscle movement in the areas injected, which results in a smoother appearance of the skin and a reduction in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles that you see at rest. Neurotoxin can reduce sweating, improve rosacea, and help reduce the appearance of large pores as well as aid in reducing pain associated with migraines and TMJ.
How long does ‘tox last?
Neurotoxin can last 12-14 weeks on average. Results are individual.
How much does ‘tox cost?
- Neurotoxin is priced at $12/unit with all of our medical aesthetic providers.
- Typical treatments cost anywhere between $300 to $800 every 3-4 months depending on areas treated and the severity of muscle movement in those areas. More movement will require a higher dosage of units to achieve desired results.
What are the differences between Dysport, Xeomin, and Botox?
All three are the same medication manufactured by different companies in the aesthetics industry. Dysport is a product of Galderma, Xeomin is a product of Merz, and Botox is a product of Allergen. They all have slightly varying molecular structures.
Why doesn’t Bespoke offer Botox?
We prefer the consistency, natural outcome, and longevity that Dysport provides.
How do I know how many units of ‘tox I’ll need?
Bespoke offers complimentary consults with our medical aesthetic providers! Your provider will assess your level of muscle movement and will determine the number of units needed based on that assessment during a consult. Bespoke follows the dosing guidelines per the FDA; therefore, we do not offer underdosing treatments, also known as “baby ‘tox.”
What are some things I can not do after getting ‘tox?
For the first 24 hours after treatment, please refrain from workouts, saunas, wearing tight baseball caps, and getting facial massages. Please refrain from laying down for the first 4-5 hours after treatment and avoid wearing makeup, if you can.
What is filler and what does it do?
Filler is a hyaluronic acid gel that replaces volume loss due to aging.
What is Sculptra?
Sculptra is a biostimulator that stimulates production of your body’s own natural collagen, types 1 & 3. This results in healthier, tighter-looking skin with an improved appearance of texture, fine lines, and crepiness. Results appear gradually over time.
What is the downtime with filler/Sculptra? Will I be bruised?
With any injectable procedure, you should expect 10-14 days of downtime. Swelling, bruising, redness, irritation, and mild discomfort are all common occurrences.
What is Hylenex/filler dissolve? Does it hurt?
Hylenex is a naturally occurring enzyme we make in our bodies that breaks down Hyaluronic Acid (HA), the main component in dermal fillers. When an HA injection has an aesthetically displeasing outcome or an adverse reaction occurs, in very rare cases, Hylenex is injected to dissolve the product. A local anesthetic is used to ease the discomfort during the dissolving process. A skin patch test will be performed prior to receiving Hylenex injections.
What’s the difference between a lip flip and lip filler?
A lip flip involves injecting neurotoxin (Dysport, Xeomin, Botox) above the upper lip to relax and lift the muscle, resulting in the appearance of a more defined, slightly fuller upper lip. Lip filler involves injecting Hyaluronic Acid dermal filler into the lips, resulting in a more proportionate shape and an increase in volume and hydration.
What is the difference between PRP, PRF, and PRF EZ Gel?
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is not used at Bespoke. Our practice uses PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin), which is the new and improved technology that achieves the same benefits as PRP while also releasing more growth factors several weeks after treatment, making it more effective. PRF EZ Gel involves using PRF in a gel-like consistency to mimic the results of Hyaluronic Acid dermal fillers, but is completely natural!
Is there any down time for PRF EZ Gel?
Yes, bruising and swelling is expected. Swelling can be present anywhere from 1-3 days and bruising can be present for a few to 10 days, depending on the severity of the bruise.
What’s the difference between a B12 and MIC+B12 shot? What is MIC?
- A regular B12 injection is a way to increase B12 levels in the body. Injections allow for better absorption than oral B12 supplements, which have to pass through the GI system and only absorb a small fraction of the B12 as a result. B12 injections can help increase energy levels, boost concentration and the immune system, aid in digestion, improve sleep, help increase metabolism, and help decrease homocysteine levels, which decreases the risk of developing heart attacks, strokes, and dementia. B12 injections can also help with certain types of hair loss.
- MIC+B12 injections contain 3 amino acids (Methionine, Inositol, Chlorine) in addition to B12. This blend of nutrients also called Lipotropics, enhances your body’s fat-burning capabilities.
What does microneedling do?
Microneedling is the process of creating a controlled injury to the tissue of the face in order to get an inflammatory response and kickstart the body’s healing process, which promotes the building of collagen, elastin, and fibrin. Microneedling helps with fine lines and wrinkles, acne scarring, texture, pigmentation, pore size, and overall tightening of the face.
Does microneedling hurt?
Microneedling can be uncomfortable. To make this procedure more tolerant for our patients, Bespoke uses a topical anesthetic containing benzocaine, lidocaine, and tetracaine that is applied for about 20 minutes prior to treatment.
What is the downtime for microneedling?
Downtime is around 3-5 days. During this healing time, patients should be very diligent at avoiding infections. This includes no makeup, using clean linens, hand washing, and making sure makeup brushes are cleaned and disinfected prior to reusing.
What do IVs do?
IV’S are custom infusions based on individual needs. Our IV infusions are formulated by a pharmacy to give your body exactly what it needs! We have several options to choose from, ranging from hydration to immune support.
